2nd Sidford St Peters Brownies are based in Sidford and affiliated to the Sidford parish church. Sidford is a village on the edge of Sidmouth in Devon.
Brownies is for girls aged between 7 and 10 and is part of the Girlguiding UK movement. Brownies have lots of fun playing games and doing indoor and outdoor activities that challenge them to do their best. We try to encourage
teamwork, thinking of others before yourself and help to develop confidence and leadership skills amongst the girls. The girls work together as a pack or in smaller groups called sixes. Older girls can have the chance of running their six as Sixer and Second.
As well as going out on trips we also try to take the older girls on pack holiday each year.
When asked our brownies said they like coming because they get to make new friends out side of school and they do lots of fun things especially making things, playing games and doing drama.
Subs are currently £18 a term. There is also a £15 joining fee.
